The usual processing time for withdrawals at PokerStars is either instant or 1 hour at most. Only under rare circumstances could the pending time extend to 24 hours. The process for withdrawals will vary depending on the amount withdrawn and the payment method used. 

With all payment methods that can be withdrawn to, your cashout will be automatically and instantly processed if you’re withdrawing less than you have deposited in total with that particular method. 

If you’re withdrawing more to a payment method than you have deposited with it, the payments team at PokerStars would have to manually review your request. Normally, this would be done within one hour. In rare cases, it could take a bit longer, but you can generally expect it to be very fast.  

If the deposit method used can’t be withdrawn to, you have two options. The first is to make a deposit with a payment method that is eligible for withdrawals and then cash out to that. The above withdrawal times would then apply.

The second option is to withdraw via bank transfer. In this case, the processing time could be up to 24 hours. PokerStars mentions up to 72 hours on one of their banking pages, but this is because they account for the fact that no bank transactions are carried out during the weekend. However, the payments team would still process the withdrawal within 24 hours.

Please note that once a withdrawal has been processed by PokerStars, a transaction time may also apply, which is the time it takes for the payment processor (like Skrill or Visa) to credit the funds to your account.

PokerStars supports a wide range of payment methods that you can use to withdraw your winnings. Customer Service

PokerStars’ customer support is available all around the clock via a live chat on the website or app. We have tested this a few times to determine the quality that players can expect. From this, our feelings about it are mixed but mostly positive.  

The one negative encounter we’ve had was our first one and as we all know; first impressions are important. In this, the agent gave us a piss poor answer to our question and immediately after nonchalantly closed the chat on us. We weren’t asked if we needed more help or were satisfied, which by the way, we definitely weren’t. 

Now, this may only have been a one-off encounter with an agent that had a bad day or is just not fit for the job because every other chat we have had since has been good. Agents have been helpful and answered our queries quite efficiently and to our satisfaction.
