As per UKGC regulation, Paddy Power is not allowed to have a maximum withdrawal limit (only per withdrawal request).
According to the withdrawal page at Paddy Power, the withdrawal time with debit cards, Apple Pay and Instant banking is instant, while withdrawals to Skrill, Neteller and PayPal may be pending up to 24 hours.
However, as confirmed by management, most withdrawals are automatically and instantly processed regardless of the payment method used.
Those cashouts that would need manual processing could take up to 24 hours as the payment team at Paddy Power isn’t working all around the clock (from 8 am – 6 pm). However, if they are available, a withdrawal that needs manual processing rarely takes longer than a few hours to be handled.
Paddy Power offers a wide range of withdrawal methods that support small cashouts and come with varying transaction times. Check the table below.
Withdrawal Method | Transaction Time | Minimum Withdrawal | Maximum Withdrawal |
---|---|---|---|
Instant Bank Transfer | Instant | £0.01 | None |
PayPal | Instant | £1 | None |
Neteller | Instant | £1 | None |
Skrill | Instant | £1 | None |
MuchBetter | Instant | £0.01 | None |
CashCard+ | Instant | £10 | None |
Visa Fast Fund | Instant – 4 hours | £0.01 | None |
Visa | 1 – 5 bank days | £0.01 | None |
Mastercard | 1 – 5 bank days | £0.01 | None |
Apple Pay | 1 – 5 bank days | £0.01 | None |
Please note that transaction time is not to be mistaken for Paddy Power’s withdrawal time. The transaction time is how long it takes to receive the funds to your payment method once they are sent by Paddy Power.
CashCard+ is a prepaid Mastercard that can be applied for and delivered to you for free under your account settings at Paddy Power. The card works like any other Mastercard with the added benefit that it has no transaction time when cashing out your winnings from Paddy Power.
This enables you to get your winnings to your card instantly, which can then be used to make purchases online, in stores or to simply withdraw the money from an ATM.
Since most withdrawals are automatically handled and don’t require any person to confirm them, withdrawals at Paddy Power are indeed processed at all times.
However, payment agents are only working from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday – Sunday. Thus, if a withdrawal would need manual confirmation, it would only be handled during these hours.
It is generally not possible to contact support at Paddy Power to have a pending withdrawal sped up as the company works on a first-come, first-served basis policy. However, if your withdrawal hasn’t been processed within 24 hours, you should definitely reach out to support as something may be wrong.
For casinos that offer faster withdrawals via support, we recommend checking out LeoVegas and Bet UK.
Paddy Power does not charge any fees regardless of the banking method used. However, if you withdraw via a debit card or bank transfer, it may be that your bank would incur a small fee on the transaction. This would vary from one bank to another.
Since April 2020, credit cards are banned for UK players to use at UKGC licensed casinos. As Paddy Power is licensed by this very entity, it is not possible to withdraw or deposit with a credit card.
The verification process at Paddy Power is no different from other online casinos licensed by the UKGC. In order to have your withdrawals processed an ID and Proof of Address would have to be submitted. You can expect this to be asked on your first withdrawal request.
During your stay at Paddy Power, a source of funds will also be asked at some point, which would have to be submitted in order to have any pending and future withdrawals processed. This document is normally a payslip proving that you can afford your gambling and that your deposited funds were legally obtained.
Under certain circumstances, other documents may be required as well to comply with UKGC regulations. To learn more about this, check out our full article about KYC verification at fast withdrawal casinos.
A withdrawal at Paddy Power can never be cancelled even if the withdrawal is pending and not immediately processed, which is often the case. This is because the UK Gambling Commission doesn’t allow a feature that lets players reverse their withdrawals.
Having gone through most of the player reviews posted about Paddy Power on Trustpilot, these are overwhelmingly negative. However, among the negative reviews, an unusually low number are complaints about withdrawals.
This tells us that withdrawals at Paddy Power are fast and hassle-free, which is further supported by the fact that many of the positive player reviews do highlight that their withdrawals have been smooth sailing.
Paddy Power accepts the below-listed deposit methods; all of which are free to use and come with their own minimum deposit limit.

Instant Bank Transfer | None | £5 |
PayPal | None | £20 |
Neteller | None | £20 |

PaySafeCard | None | £20 |
CashCard+ | None | £1 |

After reviewing Paddy Power, our conclusion is that the casino is 100% safe and trustworthy. However, as is the case with many big companies, we do believe that Paddy Power might have some structural difficulties and management issues.
Speaking in favor of Paddy Power is its long presence in the gambling industry, with the company being established way back in 1988. It’s a brand that every UK resident knows about and it has over 350 physical betting shops scattered around the country.
Its online casino and betting platform was launched in 2004 and in 2016, Paddy Power merged with Betfair – another well-known gambling site – to create Flutter Entertainment PLC. This company now has over 11,000 people employed according to its LinkedIn page.
Further speaking in favor of Paddy Power’s legitimacy is the fact that it holds multiple gambling licenses with the UK Gambling Commission. Thus, it is required to follow the strict regulations that this organization enforces upon businesses in order to protect players from gambling related-harm.
However, in 2018, the company actually had to pay a fine of £2.2 to the UKGC for social responsibility and money laundering failures. Paddy Power failed to interact with customers displaying signs of problem gambling and didn’t carry out anti-money laundering checks as they should.
It should also be mentioned that Paddy Power has a very poor user rating on Trustpilot. However, considering how long the site has been operating and how popular it is in the UK, the number of negative reviews is actually not that many.
Players complain about anything from casino games not paying out enough to sports bets not being paid, odds being too low, technical issues on the website and bonuses being unfair. We would say that most of these complaints are unjustified. Having gone through the casino bonuses at Paddy Power, we find these to be perfectly clear in their terms and conditions.
When it comes to management, the well-known review site AskGamblers has terminated its partnership with Paddy Power due to the casino being unresponsive. We have experienced the same issue – not being able to get in touch with the management at all.
The same is true when it comes to Trustpilot where many of the best online casinos have people employed to reply to negative reviews. However, Paddy Power is completely silent.
Paddy Power offers a wide variety of different games, including the following types:
Compared to most UK casinos with fast withdrawals, Paddy Power stands out with its amazing variety of games which includes every popular type there is. You hardly ever find fantasy sports at online casinos and competitive poker is quite uncommon as well.
Bingo too is not always offered by casino sites, so to see Paddy Power offer all these three, along with all the casino games you would normally expect really makes it a one-stop destination for variety gamblers. The only other fast-paying casino we know of in the UK with a similarly diverse game selection is Ladbrokes.
With about 650 slots to spin on, this is Paddy Power’s weakest point in the game selection. Of course, hundreds of games may sound like a lot, and to most gamblers, it is probably enough. However, when compared to casinos such as Casumo and PlayOJO – both of which offer over 3,000 slots – it falls short.
This means that many popular slots that you would find at other casino sites aren’t present at Paddy Power. But there are still plenty of quality slots to enjoy from top slot developers such as the following:
Paddy Power also offers an extensive library of jackpot slots, including those where millions of pounds can be won on a minimum stake, as well as must-drop jackpot games. The latter includes the following four types of jackpots:
The live casino at Paddy Power is supplied by Evolution Gaming and Playtech. The first is arguably the best live casino provider there is and, in our opinion, Playtech is the second best.
Between them, over 25 different types of games can be played over a video stream in a live environment shared with other players and game hosts. This includes anything from old classics to modern variations of these classics, as well as innovative money wheels and game shows.
With the classic live casino games, you will find the following:
As for the modern variations of the classics, these can be played:
In terms of money wheels, Paddy Power offers the following:
And when it comes to game shows, you’ll be able to play:
While we believe the selection of live casino games is amazing, it should be noted that a live casino by Pragmatic Play isn't available at Paddy Power. This is a bit of a downside as this provider also has some interesting games. However, it is not necessarily a big deal as the live dealer selection already is huge as it is.
For fast withdrawal casinos that offer live gaming platforms from both Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic, we recommend checking out 21.co.uk, Casumo, and Videoslots.
Paddy Power’s website is fully compatible with all mobile devices and is generally easy to navigate with clear menus and categories for games. We do think that access to customer support could have been highlighted a bit more but it is not exactly difficult to find.
An app for iOS and Android devices is also offered by Paddy Power which can be downloaded using the buttons below. This app has the same design as if you are using the web browser on your mobile device and from the tests we’ve made, we have found no difference between the two.
It may be that the app is faster and more reliable than playing in a web browser, but we wouldn’t be able to vouch for that as we haven’t experienced any benefits with the app.
If Paddy Power isn't the mobile casino site you're looking for then you may want to check out the fastest paying mobile casinos that we list here. We're sure you will find something that you like.
Paddy Power offers customer support via live chat which is available from 7 am – 2 am every day. For those who prefer phone support, this is unfortunately not an option even if you ask for it.
Our experience with the support has been fine, but nothing that stands out. In each of our encounters, waiting times have been long and once an agent has been connected to us, replies from the agent have been fairly lengthy as well.
Now, we might have contacted the support during the busiest hours, but one would think Paddy Power should have enough staff during these hours to cover the workload. It seems to us that they are handling multiple chats at once and maybe one too many. This shows in their service.
While agents have been polite, we have received mixed answers to some of our queries. This makes us believe that agents either lack the necessary training or simply have too much to deal with in order to provide the quality support that one would expect.
