Can I Withdraw Funds From NetBet With a Credit Card?

No. Due to NetBet’s licensing from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), the option to allow credit cards for either deposits or withdrawals has been removed due to being prohibited. On the 14th of April 2020, the UKGC implemented a ban on credit cards for gambling activities (more info here).

What KYC Documents Are Needed to Withdraw at NetBet?

Can I Cancel a Withdrawal Request Once Submitted?

No. NetBet is licensed by the UKGC and once a withdrawal request has been initiated by a UK player at a UKGC-licensed casino, it becomes irrevocable. This rule applies not only to NetBet but to all licensed casinos. Having done this with several other casinos as well, we were surprised by the low number of reviews that actually mention withdrawals at all. Based on this alone, we would say that withdrawal problems aren’t at all common.

However, even though few players speak about withdrawals, a shockingly large number of them talk about NetBet having slow withdrawal times. With some of the reviews, it is unclear what timeframe is referred to as slow, while others state pending times of up to 48 hours. Some players also mention NetBet processing withdrawals quickly, but not that many.

This is surprising to us for two reasons. One is that we haven’t experienced delayed withdrawals ourselves and the other is the fact that with most fast paying casinos we have reviewed, there have been a lot more mentions about the withdrawals being fast.

It is true though that players who happen to have negative experiences are much more likely to share these than players who have positive ones. Since the complaints are few based on the estimated number of people that play at NetBet, our takeaway from all of this is that it’s best to form your own opinion.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the game selection at NetBet. Mobile App and Mobile Compatibility

As opposed to offering a mobile app that can be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet, Netbet has put all its efforts into developing a top-quality mobile site that can be accessed via the web browser. Not only is navigation crystal clear via several user-friendly menus but the company has gone the extra mile to make the design of their mobile site stand out compared to many casinos.

An example is one of their menus which is wheel-shaped and quite eye-catching. Another is a small quick-link bar where you can access games that you’ve saved as favorites and games that are recommended to you based on what you play. Not sure what to indulge in? Then there’s a quick access menu that will randomize a game for you as well.

While we do think the categorization of games could have been made a little bit better (especially for live casino), our overall impression of the mobile gaming experience is very positive. During our time playing, we have not experienced any glitches and everything has been loading quickly and seamlessly for us. The mobile site is also fully responsive to work on most, if not all mobile devices.
