Fastest Withdrawal Casinos in the UK June 2024

Withdrawal Information

  • Withdrawal Limit (min.): £10
  • Withdrawal Limit (max.): None
  • Withdrawal Fees: 5% if at least 50% of the deposit hasn't been wagered, otherwise none
  • Withdrawal Time: 10 minutes – 24 hours

As a UKGC casino, Fafabet cannot set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the withdrawal amount or frequency. However, it can limit the amount per transaction.

What Is the Withdrawal and Pending Time at Fafabet?

Fafabet's withdrawal time is 10 minutes to 24 hours. They are normally in the lower range, such as a few hours at most.

Finding this information was difficult because it's not readily available on the casino's website. There is no FAQ page or any section that answers banking questions.

To get a clear picture, we reached out Fafabet's customer support over live chat where we first met Fafabot which told us withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours.

Fafabet's withdrawal times according to chatbot

We then requested to speak to an agent and got a response after a long while. However, the support team couldn't provide a satisfactory answer. Instead, they pushed us for an email!

So, we sent an e-mail and after much back and forth, we got a response that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, but normally much faster, often within an hour.

Fafabet's withdrawal times according to customer support

Meanwhile, we had already reached out to one of Fafabet's managers on Skype. He mentioned that most withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes and added that they set 24 hours as a deadline in case of KYC verification.

Fafabet's withdrawal times according to casino manager

To verify the claims, we made a deposit, played some real money games at the casino, and chose to withdraw our funds a couple of times. We found that the casino does release money in as little as 10 minutes. The window could extend to a few hours as well, but never beyond 24 hours.

It's unclear how long it takes to cash out big wins, like jackpot prizes. We believe that releasing such a huge amount would take more than 24 hours, but Fafabet's terms and conditions don't address this, which isn't beneficial.

For comparison, Fun Casino clearly states it can take up to 30 days to process jackpots over £50,000. We expect similar transparency from Fafabet, too.

Keep in mind

A casino's withdrawal processing time is different from a payment processor's transaction time. The two add to determine the total time it takes for your funds to reach you.

Fafabet Casino's withdrawal methods, limits, and transaction times

Where other fast withdrawal casinos let you use multiple withdrawal options, Fafabet allows only debit cards. No e-wallets and no instant banking such as Trustly are available.

The casino mentions no details about the transaction times of these payment methods. However, we know for sure it has to be the standard mentioned in the above table.

Fafabet says the minimum withdrawal limit is £10. The good news is you can withdraw any amount you win. This follows UK gambling rules that prevent casinos from capping withdrawals on a daily, weekly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

However, most licensed casinos typically set a per-transaction withdrawal limit. Fafabet might have one, too, although they don't mention this on their website.

We must mention that the casino doesn't say what happens if you try to withdraw less than £10 (the minimum).

In contrast, other casinos ask you to contact them for such small amounts, which makes sense because the UKGC says players should be allowed to cash out any amount they want.

Does Fafabet Process Withdrawals at All Times?

Fafabet appears to process withdrawals 24/7. With a payment window of 10 minutes to 24 hours, we don't see why it wouldn't. The payments team likely operates day in and day out to release funds promptly.

Can I Contact Support for Faster Withdrawals?

Contacting customer support to expedite your withdrawals isn’t something you can do at Fafabet Casino.

This means everyone waits in line, and there's no way to skip the queue. When you place a withdrawal request, it will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Nothing you do would make them prioritize your request.

At some casinos, loyal players, high rollers, and VIP members can get their withdrawals processed faster. This isn't the case at Fafabet as confirmed by customer support.

If getting your money out quickly is important to you, you might consider other casinos like LeoVegas or Bet UK. These casinos process withdrawals on request.

Is There Any Fee Associated With Withdrawing Funds From Fafabet?

Withdrawals at Fafabet are generally free.

The casino would only charge a fee if you deposit and withdraw without wagering at least 50% of your deposited amount. This is a standard rule among fast withdrawal casinos.

It's important to note that the bank you use to move your money might charge you a fee. However, this is entirely out of Fafabet's control.

Can I Withdraw Funds From Fafabet With a Credit Card?

Withdrawing (as well as depositing) funds with a credit card isn’t possible at Fafabet Casino or any other UKGC casino. This is because of the ban imposed by the Gambling Commission on 14 April 2020 on the use of credit cards at online casinos in the UK.

What KYC Documents Are Needed to Withdraw at Fafabet?

Fafabet may request copies of the following KYC documents to perform identity checks before processing withdrawals:

  • Photo ID (a valid driver’s licence or passport)
  • Front of your debit card used for deposit (with the middle 8 digits of the 16-digit card number hidden)
  • Bank statement (not older than 3 months) with a payslip
  • Tax return document
  • Statement showing regular income in your bank account
  • Proof of ownership of potential capital or inheritance

When KYC is triggered, someone from Fafabet will get in touch using one of your registered contact methods. They’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and how you can submit your document copies.

Once you make your first withdrawal request, make sure Fafabet can reach you in case documents are needed. Check your email regularly and have your phone with you. The sooner you can get the necessary document copies sent off, the better.

Can I Cancel a Withdrawal Request Once Submitted?

You can’t cancel, pause, or revert a withdrawal request once placed at Fafabet Casino or any other UKGC-licensed casino for that matter. The money will be on its way to you; nothing you do will redirect it.

Even Fafabet themselves cannot cancel a confirmed withdrawal request. This is because the Gambling Commission doesn’t allow withdrawal requests to be changed.

The objective is to protect players. Since withdrawals can’t be cancelled, players can’t decide on a whim to get the money back and use it to gamble again.

The decision to prevent withdrawal cancellations is part of the UKGC’s ongoing attempts to crack down on problem gambling.

Are Withdrawal Problems at Fafabet Common?

It would seem so at first glance, yes.

Fafabet's review score on Trustpilot is ‘Poor’. Over half of the reviews left by players are 1-star and quite a few of them mention problems with withdrawals.

These include complaints about the money taking too long to reach players and difficulties getting answers to withdrawal-related questions from customer support.

Some players mention the KYC process being unreasonable and the site asking for too many documents when a smaller number would be necessary. One review even says it’s easy to make a deposit but nearly impossible to make withdrawals.

There are some positive reviews, too, including one that mentions withdrawals being processed without major issues. However, these are few and far between. Most of the reviews are negative and withdrawals are a common complaint.

Anyway, our experience says otherwise. We had no problems withdrawing money from Fafabet Casino. It was fast and easy for us.

But just because we had a good experience doesn't mean everyone will. That's why we looked up reviews on trusted sites like AskGamblers, Casinomeister, and Casinon.com. Unfortunately, none of them have reviewed Fafabet yet.

This means it's a fairly new casino and we have yet to learn a lot about it. The reviews on Trustpilot could just be a case of negative bias, where unhappy players are more likely to talk about their experiences than happy ones.

This can make it appear like there are more problems than there really are. On the other hand, there could be real issues with Fafabet's withdrawal process that we just didn't experience ourselves.

a licensed casino needs to verify your identity by law. This can sometimes cause delays, but it's more important to prevent fraud. If you haven't provided all the information Fafabet needs, it could slow down your withdrawal.

While most understand it's a necessary process, some players might get impatient during verification and take to the web to complain.

Having said that, we understand you should be able to join a casino and cash out your money without any problems. So, we'd say be careful when joining Fafabet online. If so many players are reporting issues with withdrawals, perhaps something is really shady about it.

Fafabet Casino's deposit methods, limits, and fees

As pointed out earlier, Fafabet Casino has limited payment options. You can only use debit cards for deposits. We hope they add more options like e-wallets and prepaid cards in the future, but for now, this is all they offer.

You can start gambling with a deposit of just £10 regardless of what bank card you use. There aren’t any fees and the money should reach your Fafabet account right away.

However, a maximum deposit limit of £10,000 exists per transaction. We believe this is a reasonable limit that shouldn’t cause issues for most players, even high rollers.

What's interesting, though, is Fafabet's anti-money laundering terms for using a deposit method. Once you have deposited with a certain method, you can change to another only once your account balance reaches 0 with all withdrawal requests fully processed.

How to Make a Deposit at Fafabet Casino?

To deposit funds at Fafabet Casino, follow these 7 steps:

  1. Log in to your Fafabet Casino account.

  3. Enter your debit card details.
  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
  5. Click ‘Deposit' to initiate the transaction.
  6. Confirm the transaction with your debit card details.
  7. Get the funds in your Fafabet account right away.

Is Fafabet Casino Trustworthy and Safe to Play At?

Fafabet Casino is owned and operated by Taichi Tech Limited, a company based in Reading. It’s currently the only online casino in the company’s portfolio.

The site’s licence comes from the Gambling Commission (number 57385) and it was supplied in February 2021. The fact that the casino is UKGC-approved is encouraging at first.

It means that Fafabet has been thoroughly vetted and has passed stringent checks. The UKGC isn't supposed to just hand out licences to anyone on the whim as its requirements are many and its standards are high.

However, when we noticed Fafabet's daily win limit of £25,000 stated in its terms and conditions, we started wondering if the casino got its license from a cereal package.

We can't stress enough how outrageous it is for a casino to have a daily win limit. Never would we have imagined seeing one at a UKGC-licensed casino. In a nutshell, the limit means that if you're lucky and win £50,000 in a day, the casino will keep £25,000 to itself and only pay you £25,000.

In our opinion, no matter how vetted Fafabet may seem, a casino can hardly get any more dishonest than this. A win-limit rule is extremely predatory. It doesn't apply to progressive jackpot wins, though. Not that this changes our opinion.

We also don’t feel entirely confident about how the casino secures players’ data. It says in the privacy policy that the operator wants to make sure data is ‘adequately protected’ and that ‘reasonable' controls are used.

This language doesn’t make us feel as if the site is doing its best to protect players’ data. What we want to hear is ‘strongly protected’ and ‘advanced' controls.

What’s also concerning is how the casino protects player funds. In line with UKGC's mandate to reveal the level of protection for player funds during insolvency, Fafabet mentions it as “no protection.”

This means if the business goes bankrupt, any money you have in your account would likely be gone—just another reason to be cautious about depositing large amounts of money at Fafabet.

Fafabet's UKGC license seems like a sign of trust and no reports of the casino getting in trouble with the Gambling Commission (UKGC) are out yet.

However, we'd feel even better about it if they were clearer about how they keep players safe and sounded more confident in their methods.

In that sense, it might be best to wait and watch how things go before depositing big money into this casino.

Games and Products at Fafabet

Fafabet Casino offers over 1,000 games with the range looking something like this:

  • Slot Machines (950+)
  • Jackpot Games (30+)
  • Live Casino Games (30+ unique titles)
  • Scratch Cards (15+)
  • Sportsbook (33 sports)
  • Virtual Sports (7)

This selection would be sufficient to keep you entertained if you are just starting off. But if you have already tasted the bigger selection at other fast withdrawal casinos, it might look underwhelming.

Fafabet doesn’t offer daily jackpots or bingo, which is quite popular in the UK. Its live casino has games from Evolution but misses out on Pragmatic Play and Playtech, which are just as popular. And while great jackpot slots exist, the slot selection in general is lackluster as slots from many of the best providers aren't available.

The way the games are sorted is okay, but there's room for improvement. Right now, they have categories for slots, table games, live games, scratch cards, and poker. However, they could improve by adding more specific groups or options to filter through them.

Overall, Fafabet might be a good fit if you're looking for sports betting, but its selection of casino games has several drawbacks. Limited options and difficult navigability are just a few glaring ones.

For a more enjoyable gaming experience, we recommend checking out casinos like LeoVegas, PlayOJO, Videoslots, and Casumo. They offer a wider range of games and it's easier to find your way around them.

Fafabet Casino has nearly 1,000 real money slots to play. But it’s disappointing to find no sub-categories, provider filters, or other filtering tools for the games on the site.

All the slots are just presented on one big block, which isn’t user-friendly at all. It isn't easy to find what you're looking for.

Having said that, the home category has a section for the 500+ Microgaming slots that are on offer. You can also find a category for jackpot and drops and wins slots, so it's not all bad.

Looking through the collection, we could spot titles from these developers (although we're sure there are some more):

  • Alchemy Gaming
  • Betixon
  • Booming Games
  • Gold Coin Studios
  • Golden Rock Studios
  • Microgaming
  • Just For The Win
  • Northern Lights Gaming
  • Pragmatic Play
  • Realistic Gaming
  • Stormcraft Studios

The majority of games clearly come from either Microgaming or Pragmatic Play.

While these slots aren't necessarily bad, it's very disappointing that a ton of top-quality slots that you would commonly find at fast withdrawal casinos aren't available. For instance, slots from Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Yggdrasil, just to mention a few providers.

The only redeeming feature of Fafabet is that it has a decent range of progressive jackpot slots where life-changing sums can be won, including the Mega Moolah and Wowpot network.

Live Casino

Currently, all the live dealer games at Fafabet Casino come from Evolution Gaming. There are about 30 different types of games to play, spanning over 95 different tables to sit down at.

The selection includes classic casino games, exciting game shows, and thrilling money wheels. With Evolution being the market-leading live casino provider, there's definitely something for everyone.

But, it would still be good to see games from more live dealer providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Ezugi, OnAir, and Betgames. Nonetheless, we can’t really criticise Fafabet's live casino too much.

What we’d also like to see is neater organisation. Presently, the games are arranged into three sub-categories which don't really mean anything. With no filtering options it's frustrating to find what you’re after.

Here’s a selection of the live dealer games at Fafabet Casino:

  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Craps
  • Sic Bo
  • Casino Hold'em

Classics with a twist

  • Golden Vault Roulette
  • Double Ball Roulette
  • Lightning Roulette
  • Red Door Roulette

  • Lightning Baccarat

Money Wheels

  • Crazy Time
  • Dream Catcher
  • Funky Time

Game Shows

  • Dead or Alive Saloon
  • Deal or No Deal
  • Gonzo's Treasure Map
  • Mega Ball
  • Monopoly Big Baller

Mobile App and Mobile Compatibility

Fafabet Casino doesn’t have an app, but its website works great on phones and tablets.

You can do everything you can do on the desktop from your mobile device, like registering, depositing money, playing games, withdrawing winnings, and claiming bonuses.

There seems to be a separate app for Fafabet's sports betting, which you can download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store in the UK. But its legitimacy is unclear.

The one on Google Play Store belongs to FSB Technology and the other on Apple Play Store to Taichi Tech Ltd. We couldn't find a download link on the official Fafabet website.

Customer Service

Fafabet Casino's customer service is appalling, to put it mildly.

A live chat feature is available 24/7, but instead of talking to a real person right away, you have to chat with a robot first. To make things worse, the bot isn't good at what it does.

Firstly, it serves up a list of common queries to get you started and responds to those queries with some standard replies.
If you ask the bot anything outside of that, it generates this frustrating response on repeat: ‘I didn’t get that. Try rephrasing your question.’

All this makes it hard to get the help you need.

On one occasion, it took us hours to connect with a real person after going through the unhelpful conversation with the bot. But even the human agents we spoke with seemed uninterested and didn't give us clear answers.

This isn't the kind of experience we'd expect at a casino that's supposed to be quick and efficient. It's obvious that Fafabet hasn't put much effort into training its staff or improving its chatbot.

Fafabet's website does mention an email as an alternate contact method. However, it doesn’t say when you should receive a reply if you are to send a query. There’s no telephone number to reach out to them either.

Overall, getting help from Fafabet's customer service can be a real headache. It's frustratingly slow and doesn't even get the job done. You might even feel like the casino doesn't really care about players.

If you need help fast, team Fafabet is likely to royally let you down.
